Who we are

Birmingham Creates is a collective of cultural and education organisations based in Birmingham. It is not a formally constituted organisation; its work is overseen and supported by Arts Connect, the Arts Council England Bridge organisation for the West Midlands.


What information do we collect?

  1. Data is collected when you opt in to receive information, sign up to an email list or request a call.

  2. When you contact us via our Contact Form you are asked for your name and email address.

We may share your data in the event that we need to do so in order to provide you with the information, services or resources you have requested from us. In the event that this is necessary we will only work with other organisations who comply in full with the GDPR requirements.

Data is stored with secure data processing providers who comply with all GDPR requirements for handling data. Data is stored in accounts only accessible to Birmingham Creates and with companies using the highest level of encryption to prevent data breaches.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary in relation to each data processing purpose or request.


We regularly review the data we hold and remove any records for which there is no longer a reason to retain the data.
